1.1 To continue to develop our Longparish approach to teaching and learning

1.2 To develop an ethos of accountable spellers who are responsible for their own learning

1.3 To continue to improve Phonics across the school

1.4 To raise attainment in writing

1.5 To develop a progression of mental maths skills across the school

1.6 To further develop the effective and consistent use of maths resources such as number boards and ensure consistent high quality inclusive teaching of maths

  1. Behaviour and Attitudes:

2.1 To ensure our theologically rooted Christian vision and the ensuing policies and practice are enabling us to live up to our foundation as a Church school

2.2 To continue to drive attendance in school 

2.3 continue to develop positive attitudes towards learning by ALL pupils through engagement in learning, effectively overcoming setbacks, and who can demonstrate pride in their achievements.

4.1 To develop a collective approach to issues that may arise due to workload, ensuring effective and meaningful engagement takes place between staff and leaders.

4.2 To continue to ensure that we have a robust safeguarding culture that safeguards all children from the full range of harm

4.3 To develop subject leaders in their ability to confidently lead on their subject across the school

4.4 To further develop the pupil focused supportive role of all Teaching Assistants
