Longparish Church of England Primary School (Aided)

Our School

Dear Parents and Visitors,

Welcome to our school website – have a wander, explore, and hopefully catch a real flavour of what makes Longparish so wonderfully unique.

As a Church of England Primary School, our Christian Vision is ‘‘to do all things through Christ who strengthens us’ (Phil 4:13). This sits at the heart of all we do. We want our children to grow as reflective, curious learners who take pride and ownership in their learning, respect others with kindness and love, and embrace the rich diversity of the world around them.

At Longparish, learning is anything but ordinary. We believe children learn best when they’re playing, exploring, asking questions and getting stuck in. Whether it’s outdoor learning in our beautiful surroundings, investigating big ideas in class, or taking part in community projects, every child is encouraged to be bold, imaginative and resilient. Our curriculum is full of awe and wonder, designed to spark curiosity and nurture lifelong learners who are not only ready for the next stage of education, but also ready to be active citizens, shaping a sustainable future for our planet and the well-being of all who share it.

We have a brilliantly dedicated and enthusiastic team, supported by our governors, who bring energy, creativity and vision into everything we do. Parents and carers are also an essential part of our school family – we treasure the partnership we share, and together we make sure every child feels supported to thrive both academically and personally.

Dive in and explore – you’ll quickly discover the heart and soul that make Longparish a place where children love to learn.
