As a small school we have mixed yeargroup classes. Robin class is just for Reception children. Heron class is mixed year 1 and 2. Kingfisher class is mixed year 3 and 4 and Chaffinch class is mixed year 5 and 6
For the mixed yeargroup classes we have carefully designed a two year curriculum cycle. A detailed curriclulm overview for each class can be found in the 'Curriculum Overview' section of this website.
Our curriculum is carefully planned and adapted where needed in order to make it accessible for those with disabilities or special educational needs, complying with the Equality Act 2010 and the Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014.
Parents find out about the curriculum at the start of each year, when we hold 'Meet the Teacher' meeting. We also send out a termly newsletter at the start of each term.
